Wedding Gowns

McKayBridalFashions.com insist that you call us once you have selected a gown to ensure it is the product you want. We will try and give you as much information about the gowns and accessories. In addition, we DO prefer you to call before you order, unless you are comfortable with your order. We want you to be happy with your order. Again, if you are not sure, call us. If you would like that special gown, but don't see it here, call us and we will make all attempts to make your vision come true. All of our gowns and accessories are inspected thoroughly prior to being handed, delivered or shipped to the customer to ensure they are in perfect condition. We will accept free returns on merchandise that is un-touched non-altered AND damaged or defective during shipment. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned merchandise that has been touched altered, not damaged or defective will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. In addition you may incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 7 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.

Shoes

We will accept returns on new un-touched non-dyed shoes.Dyeables Ivory shoes are dyed shoes and are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 50% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns. All shoe returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All shoe returns must be returned to us 7 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed in order for them to be returned.

Other Merchandise

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories, Invitations, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips. Therefore, please ensure your order is what you want. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged Merchandise

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves McKay Bridal Fashions. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped of the package. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will contact the manufacturer and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. McKay Bridal Fashions will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. McKay Bridal Fashions will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.

Canceled Orders

All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must by verbal phone confirmation. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Bras, Accessories, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Shoes, or slips. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If the manufacturer has not shipped your order and they will not charge us then we will refund 100% of your money. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturer’s stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. Most situations it’s up to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in US Dollars ONLY. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

McKaybridalfashions.com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
